EVOLVES Activity 3a. High-throughput phenotyping of the lentil diversity panel (LDP) with BELT
324 lentil accessions of one replicate from six different locations (Cordoba 2017, Marchouch 2017, Metaponto 2017, Sutherland 2017, Rosthern 2017, Sutherland 2018) were phenotyped with BELT. BELT extracted seed shape: Circularity, diameter, height, perimeter, volume, sphericity and seed color traits. More details about BELT or phenoSEED planforms can be find:The BELT and phenoSEED platforms: shape and colour phenotyping of seed samples.

Lentil Diversity Panel Stability Analysis
Non-parametric stability analysis of 324 accessions from a lentil diversity panel with STABILITYSOFT.An evaluation of the normality of phenotype data showed that data was non-normal.
The STABILITYSOFT software was used to get non-parametric stability statistics for seed shape traits: circularity, diameter, height and plumpness. Other well known phenological traits (DTF:days to flowering; DTM: days to maturity; DTS: days to swollen pods) were used as a reference to evaluate the overall stability of 324 accessions across six locations. Each of the files contains columns with the genotype number or name (accession number) and different stability measures that were then analyzed.

Lentil Diversity Panel GWAS Manhattan Plots
Manhattan plots from GWAS for a lentil diversity panel (LDP) of 324 accessions grown across six site-years (Cordoba 2017, Marchouch 2017, Metaponto 2017, Rosthern 2017, Sutherland 2017, Sutherland 2018). In addition, Manhattan plots with the following covariates were added: Seed shape trait covariates: circularity, diameter, height and plumpness; Phenological covariates: Days to flowering and days to swollen pods; Environmental covariates: Thermal flowerig time and thermal reproductive time
