CViTjs provides an interactive whole genome diagram and was developed by the Legume Federation.

  • L. culinaris 1.2 Gene Distribution: This plot represents the distribution of lentil genes on the Lc1.2 genome. The genes are predicted using the MAKER-P pipeline with EST and RNA sequences as evidence. The color change indicates density of genes in a 200,000 bp region.
  • Exome Target Distribution: Distribution of targeted exonic sequences across the lentil genome. The color change indicates density of exons in a 200,000 bp region.
