B vitamin quantification in the LR-70 and LR-93 RIL populations using ultra-performance liquid chromatography-selected reaction monitoring mass spectromet

LensTwo intra and interspecific RIL populations  LR-70 (Eston L. culinaris × IG 72623 L. odemensis) and LR-93 (CDC Redberry L. culinaris × CDC Greenstar L.culinaris) were evaluated to assess the variation on B vitamin concentration cross genotypes and seed tissue types (cotyledon and whole seed). It will also map QTL associated with B vitamin concentrations to identify regions in the genome responsible for enhanced vitamins profiles.
