Description
This genetic map was developed by Zhe Cao using the LR-70 GBS dataset aligned to the Lens culinaris CDC Redberry v2.0 genome assembly. It consists of 629 binned genetic markers across 4 linkage groups.
The set of unbinned markers (4122 in total) were binned using a python script written by Zhe Cao which is available here: https://github.com/cjun01/linkage_map_binning
