RNAseq to investigate dormancy: developing seeds from 3 accessions across 4 developmental stages

Overview
Experiment Summary

This experiment was conducted to detect differential expression patterns between dormant and non-dormant seeds. For this, RNA was extracted from one wild genotype (Lens orientalis: IG 72643) and two cultivated genotypes (Lens culinaris: Eston and cross 3339-3). For each genotype, the RNA was extracted at four developmental stages and within each developmental stage, the embryo and the seed coat tissue were separated. Three replicates were done resulting in a total of 24 samples per genotype.

You can view this dataset (replicates have been merged) on JBrowse2 at the following link (permission required to access).

Data was also collected from 30 RILs (half dormant and half non-dormant), but in this case only the seed coat was sequenced at one developmental stage and two replicates.
