Description
This genetic map was developed by Zhe Cao using the LR-68 GBS set aligned to the Lens culinaris CDC Redberry v2.0 genome assembly. It consists of 818 binned genetic markers across 6 linkage groups, with genetic markers from Lcu.2RBY.Chr2 and Lcu.2RBY.Chr5 forming LG2.
The set of unbinned markers (2543 in total) were binned using a python script written by Zhe Cao, which is available here: https://github.com/cjun01/linkage_map_binning
