Description
LR-26 is an interspecific RIL population derived from a cross between a L. culinaris cultivar and a L. ervoides accesssion. This genetic map was developed by Kevin Koh and Li-An Chen using the LR-26 Exome Capture aligned to the Lens culinaris CDC Redberry v2.0 genome assembly. It consists of 5491 unbinned genetic markers across 8 linkage groups with Lcu.2RBY.Chr5 split across two linkage groups. It has been used in several studies to map traits of interest to the breeding program - see publications list.
