Description
This genetic map was developed by Didier Socquet-Juglard using the LR-70 GBS aligned to the Lens culinaris CDC Redberry v2.0 genome assembly. It consists of 651 unbinned genetic markers across 7 linkage groups with linkage groups corresponding roughly to the CDC Redberry version 2.0 chromosomes. This map was generated using JoinMap 4.
