37x coverage of HiFi reads >10kb in length were assembled using the default parameters of LRA. Irys optical mapping data was used to further scaffold the 1635 contigs. These scaffolds were aligned to the CDC Redberry 2.0 assembly and ordered relative to that reference. This pseudomolecule assembly was checked against genetic maps with CDC Greenstar as one of the parents, as confirmation for scaffold ordering.
