Description
A population of 120 recombinant inbred lines (RILs), LR-11 RIL, developed from a cross between ILL 8006-BM4 and CDC Milestone was used to build linkage maps. This genetic map was developed through the use of custom lentil exome capture assay described in Ogutcen et al. (2018). The LR-11 linkage map included 12,331 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in six linkage groups that spanned a total map distance of 1020.7 cM.
